This is the page published at the Support URL that App Store Connect requires.
CoinProof photographs both sides of a United States coin and matches it against a coin catalogue, then shows the evidence behind the match: which catalogue entries fit, how the year and mint mark compare, and how confident the match is. When the photographs are not enough, it says so instead of guessing.
It is not a grading, authentication or appraisal service. Authenticity is not assessed, no grade is assigned, and where a value is shown it is a reference range for comparable examples, not a sale price.
CoinProof is published by WorldFlux Inc, the company App Store Connect names as the seller of the app, and "we" on this page means WorldFlux Inc. Write to yoshi@worldflux.ai. Include the diagnostic identifier the app can produce for you — Settings → Support — if you are reporting something that went wrong with a scan. It carries a diagnostic identifier, your app and OS version and the job identifier, and no account identifier, token or photograph.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device; cancelling there takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one through Apple's Report a Problem page.
You can delete everything from inside the app: Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account, with or without a signed-in account. It closes the account immediately and then removes your photographs, collection, scan history, sessions, device records and the rest. Take a copy first if you want one: Settings → Data & privacy → Export my data.
What is kept afterwards, and everything else we hold, is described in the Privacy Policy.
